Guide to Seamlessly Integrate R365 with Loop for Optimized Data Synchronization
To maximize efficiency and streamline your financial processes, we’ve outlined the steps to integrate R365 with Loop.

This integration is divided into two key components:

1. R365 Odata Connector User Setup

To synchronize your Journal Entry location codes and chart of accounts with Loop, follow these steps to create an R365 Odata Connector User:
Create a User: Utilize the email address provided by the Loop team (e.g., [your company name]@loopapplication.xyz) to create an Odata Connector User within your R365 account.
Assign User Permissions: Grant the newly created user the following rights:
  • Accounting Clerk
  • Accounting Manager
  • Business Analytics Admin
  • Business Analytics View Only
Once done, share these credentials with your Loop point of contact (POC) to finalize the integration.

2. Automated Journal Entry Push (API Access)

For seamless, automated Journal Entry submission from Loop to R365, API access is required. Here’s how to get that set up:
Request API Access: Reach out to R365 Support to request API access for Loop integration. Make sure to cc our support team (support@loopai.xyz) in your request.
R365 Response: R365 will confirm the request and provide a URL link for Loop’s API access.
Final Step: Once you receive the URL link, forward it to your Loop POC to complete the integration.
