Steps to Connect multiple locations with multiple banks LoopAI:
- Login to LoopAI: Login to your Loop account using your username and password
- Navigate to Bookkeeping: Navigate to bookkeeping within the platform from the left panel and under bookkeeping select "Bank Reconciliation" to proceed and click on "Connect bank account by Store" to initiate the process
- Add new Bank: Click on "Add new bank" and an option to connect your bank account through Plaid will populate on your screen and you can click on Continue to proceed
- Choose Your Bank: Scroll through the list of supported banks and choose the bank associated with the first location
- Enter Bank Login Credentials: Provide the necessary login credentials for the selected bank and continue
- Select the Bank Accounts: Plaid will display a list of bank accounts. Choose all the desired bank accounts you want to map
- Map Locations: To connect the location click on edit locations and then select a location and choose the desired bank account for the location. Ensure you choose the specific bank account associated with that location during the connection process.
