Effortlessly manage your finances and verify expected payouts by connecting your bank account(s) with LoopAI. This article will guide you through the simple and secure process of connecting your bank account via Plaid and ensuring accurate reconciliation with LoopAI.
Steps to Connect Bank accounts with LoopAI:
- Login to LoopAI: Login to your Loop account using your username and password
- Navigate to Bookkeeping: Navigate to bookkeeping within the platform from the left panel and under bookkeeping select "Bank Reconciliation" to proceed and click on "Connect bank account by Store" to initiate the process
- Add new Bank: Click on "Add new bank" and an option to connect your bank account through Plaid will populate on your screen and you can click on Continue to proceed
- Choose Your Bank: Once you click on the continue, you will be directed to a page where you can select your bank from the list of supported banks. Scroll through the list and select your bank.
- Enter Your Bank Login Credentials: Once you have selected your bank, you will be asked to enter your bank login credentials. Enter your login information and click on the "Continue" button to proceed.
- Select the Bank Account You Want to Connect: After entering your bank login credentials, Plaid will display a list of bank accounts that you have with your bank. Select the/all bank account that you want to connect to Loop.
- Map Locations: Once connected click on edit locations and then select a location and choose the desired bank account for the location. Ensure you choose the specific bank account associated with that location during the connection process.
