Purpose:
This guide provides instructions for requesting Store Manager-level access for Loop AI on the DoorDash platform. This access is critical for Loop AI to effectively manage chargeback disputes on your behalf. The guide will help you reach out to McDonald's Corporate for assistance.


Steps for Requesting Access:

1. Requesting Access:
  • We need your assistance in contacting the McDonald’s Corporate team to grant Store Manager-level access to Loop AI on the DoorDash platform. The email IDs that need to be added as users at this level are attached to this email.
2. Prepare Your Request:
  • Please use the following email template to request the necessary access. Make sure to include your Store ID(s) so that Corporate knows which stores require the access update. Use the email IDs provided in the email.
  • Subject: Request for Store Manager Access on DoorDash Platform for Accounting Partner

We are currently working to enhance our accounting operations, particularly in managing bookkeeping journal entries on the DoorDash platform. To support this effort, our accounting partner, Aprio, requires Store Manager-level permissions for their user accounts.
