Adding LoopAI As Partner in OLO

Access on Olo can be given to โ€œLoop AIโ€ through the Partner User Management section. 

Olo rolled out a new feature called Partner User Management that allows brands to provide access to third-party Partners through a new area within the User Management tool, ensuring that these accounts can now be created and directly managed by the established Partner Admin users for that team without any action required from the brand or Olo Support. 

A Brand Admin level user, can follow the steps outlined 
here for Creating Partner Level Permissions within User Management. 

Once that step has been completed, youโ€™re all set! 

It will now be up to the Partner Admin (i.e. Loop) to create and update new roles for their team within the permission parameters that you have allowed us. Whichever 3rd party Partner that you are working with should already have at least one designated Partner Admin (similar to a Brand Admin level user) who will now have access to create and manage roles for your brand, with only the approved Dashboard permissions applied to each account.

In this, we will need Permissions to Enabled:

1. Brand permission > Developer tool


2. Store Permission > Store Hours, Store Information 
These are to cross reference against DoorDash/ UberEats menu hours and special hours as well as the store settings and only consider Olo as the source of truth. This also would remove confusion around instances where stores are shut down under special hours by 3P 

3. Reports
This is needed to use Loop for 1P reconciliation and Journal entry automation (similar to EzCater, 3P)

4. Ordering API user (Nice to have) 
This will allow us to fetch the menu, store hours, store information programmatically and stay in sync in case there are future modifications. It would also enable us to add other alerting around 86'd items which some of our customers found useful.
