Impact: 

Delay in Loop UI data for some modules depending on UberEats Inaccurate Orders report data

Description: 

UberEats is restricting the downloading of reports for "Inaccurate Orders" from the portal, the delay is { T - 4 } days for users to be able to access the report. Any module depending on this report data would run on a 2-day lag from the rest of the pages (viewable as Data Refresh Date in the left panel on the dashboard). We'll be restricting date-picker selection to the point we have data for these modules outlined below:

Modules Affected :

  • All Orders (all tabs)

  • Store Availability (overview tab)

  • Chargebacks (chargeback matrix)

  • Metric trends (error overview, trends, metrics)

  • Order Accuracy (all, inaccurate, missed, cancelled)

Expected Time to Recovery:

N/A, Seems like a merchant portal permanent delay
