OlO Add User on Partner User Management

Partner User Management is a Dashboard tool that allows Partner Administrators to create and manage Dashboard accounts for their users.
Only a current Partner Administrator can request to promote a Partner user to Partner Administrator.

User Creation
1. Select the β€œAdd User” button within the Partner User Management tab to create a user.


2. Fill in the user details on the following screen and click "Create User & Send Invite". To successfully create a user, you must fill in:
a. First Name
b. Last Name
c. Email


3. Managers that have already been created outside of the Partner context, potentially by a brand, cannot be added to the Partner via Partner User Management.


4. Once a user is successfully created, you can view the newly created user in the Users list.


Once the User is created, the user should receive an invite.

Dashboard Invite Email

When you create a user, they will receive an email with log-in and password setup instructions. Users are strongly encouraged to set up 2 Factor Authentication by clicking on their email address in Dashboard and accessing Account Settings.
