What is Error Orders in the Report?

Towards the end of the report, there are error orders which are a sample of orders which had errors in the last week. There are three main categories or error orders:

  • Inaccurate orders: Orders where customers asked for refunds
  • Cancelled orders: Orders which are cancelled by customers or aggregators
  • Missed orders: Orders which are missed by the restaurant

The error orders also include order ID, brand and error type along with the amount you got charged for that particular order. And if it's an error charge, we show the error charges and in the lost sale we show the loss sale. 


We give you a sample of five orders to play around and these order IDs are not exhaustive. We only give you up to the top five error orders for you to understand and it's representative of what's happening and the rest can be found on the loop dashboard.
