The outage could be because of multiple reasons:

• iPad or something getting disconnected
• Could be related to Doordash integration not working or because Uber integration is not working or like a Grubhub integration that is not working.

So it is the percentage of the time your store was down in the last week and that the customers were not able to order from your store.
