What are Inaccurate Orders?

Orders in which customers ask for refunds are inaccurate orders.


These are orders where the customer asked for a refund or the customer said I did not like this order, or said the food is bad or an item is missing or some side dish is missing, something is missing there. The customer actually got in touch with 3P support and asked for a refund for this particular order or got a refund for some part of the order.
