How to view my JE push history?

After pushing your GL entries, navigate to the History tab and apply the date range filter to match the period of the JEs you've pushed to check the status of your transaction. For instance, if you've pushed JEs for a location from December 23rd to 31st, set your date range filter to these exact dates. To review your complete history of JEs, use a broader date range, such as from October to February, to capture all transactions within that timeframe.


At Loop, there are four statuses for Journal Entry (JE) push attempts, you can filter for thme
Success: The JEs have been successfully transferred.
Skipped: Locations or stores with no transactions for the selected time range are skipped.
In Progress: The push is currently being processed.



Failed: To understand the reason for failure, hover over the tooltip next to the status.



Here are some common error messages you might encounter:
Trying to Push Before Lag: Loop enforces a 5-day lag period to accommodate changes by third parties. For instance, JEs for a period ending on February 2nd can be pushed only from February 7th onwards.
Data Validation Failed: If you encounter this issue, please contact your Customer Success Manager (CSM) or email support@tryloop.ai for assistance.
Rejected by the Bookkeeping Software: Should this occur, reach out to your CSM or send an inquiry to support@tryloop.ai for support.
