What should I do if my Store Manager is mapped to the wrong store?

If a store manager is mapped to the wrong store or you need to update their store information, follow these steps:

  • Access Your Loop Portal:

  • Log in to your Loop portal with your business admin credentials.
  • Navigate to User Management:

  • Click on your profile icon, and select "User Management."
  • Find the User:

  • Locate the user for whom you want to make changes. You can use the search option for quicker access.
  • Open User Editing:

  • Click on "Edit" for the selected user.
  • Update Store Information:

  • Within the user editing section, find and click on "Store Manager." Then update the store information with the correct details.
