1. Introduction [5 minutes]: Introduce ourselves and discuss the agenda for the call.
2. Understanding Your Current Accounting Practices [10 minutes]: For the initial few minutes we will understand more about your current accounting practices related to third-party delivery merchants. e.g.:
- Software in use
- Charts of accounts you reconcile today
- Discuss your main pain points
4. Steps of Onboarding [5-7 minutes]: We'll outline the steps involved in the onboarding process. Typically it is:
- Connecting your bookkeeping software
- Mapping your GL codes with the right transaction type
- Defining your cadence
- GL codes for different charts of accounts
- Samples of previous JEs
- Cadence preference for generating JEs
- Login Details for integrating your bookkeeping software

Once we have gathered the necessary information:
1. We'll get to work together to initiate the onboarding process
2. Complete the set up
3. Share the first sample of JE within a week and update the Loop Dashboard for your review
