How to Download Journal Entries from Loop

You can download Journal Entries for financial reconciliation directly from your loop account for any locations / multiple locations for the desired date range with few clicks

Steps to download journal entries from LoopAI:

  1. Login to LoopAI: Login to your Loop account using your username and password
  2. Navigate to Bookkeeping: Navigate to bookkeeping within the platform from the left panel and under bookkeeping select "GL entries" to proceed to the Journal Entries page
  3. Apply filters: Here you can select the desired location(s), brand(s), marketplace(s) and desired date range to tailor your search
  4. View Journal Entries: Once you have applied the relevant filters, Journal Entries for the selected criteria will instantly populate on the screen
  5. Download Journal Entry: Click on the download icon located above the Journal Entries on the right side to download a CSV file containing the Journal Entries for the selected criteria
