The simplest way to verify the reversal won by Loop is by comparing the payout ID and adjustment amount given in the Reversal report by Loop with payout reports from the merchant portals.

Steps to verify reversals from Doordash.
1. Download the Payout report from Doordash
  1. Login to the Doordash Merchant portal.
  2. Click on "Reports" and select "Create Report"
  3. In "Choose Report type" select "Financials".
  4. Select "Payouts" in "Choose the type of financial data".
  5. Choose the date range and click on Create Report.
2. Verify the Doordash Payout report from the Reversal report by Loop
  1. Import the Doordash Payout report into the Reversal report by Loop
  2. Apply the filter on the Reversal report and select Doordash orders.
  3. Filter and Select one Payout ID from the Reversal report and compare the Adjustment amount from the Doordash Payout Report.
  4. This helps you verify the Doordash Reversal won by loop.

Steps to verify Reversals from UberEats.
1. Download the Payout report from UberEats
  1. Login to the UberEats Merchant portal.
  2. Click on "Performance", in the dropdown select "Reports"
  3. Select all stores in "Store", select "Payout Summary" in the "Reports" and select Date.
  4. Click on "Request".
  5. Download the latest report.

  3. Filter and Select one Payout ID from the Reversal report and compare the Adjustment amount from the UberEats Payout Report.

Steps to verify Reversals from Grubhub.
1. Download the Payout report from Grubhub
  1. Login to the Grubhub Merchant portal.
  2. Click on "Financial", in the dropdown select "Reports"
  3. Select the Deposit tab and click on "Request CSV report"
  4. Filter by clicking on "Select all" and selecting date range.
  5. Click on "Create report" and download the latest report.
2. Verify the Grubhub Payout report from the Reversal report by Loop
  1. Import the Grubhub Payout report into the Reversal report by Loop
  2. Apply the filter on the Reversal report and select Grubhub orders.
  3. Filter and Select one Order ID from the Reversal report and compare the Adjustment amount from the Grubhub Payout Report. (Remove starting alphabets from the ID to compare)
  4. This helps you verify the Grubhub Reversal won by loop.
