Downloading payout data from Loop is a simple and quick process. How to Download Your Payout Data
Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to download your payout data:
Log in to your Loop account and click on "Payouts" from the main menu.
Under the "List of Payouts" section, find the payout for which you want to download data and click on it to expand it.
In the expanded view, you'll see a table of all the orders that were included in that payout, along with their individual transaction details.
At the bottom of the table, you'll see a button that says "Download CSV". Click on this button to start the download process.
Your browser will prompt you to choose a location to save the CSV file. Choose a location on your computer where you can easily access the file later.
Once the file is downloaded, you can open it in a program like Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets to view and analyze the data.
That's it! You have successfully downloaded your payout data.
Contents of Your Downloaded File
In the downloaded file, you can find all the information related to your payouts for the selected period. The file will contain information such as the payout ID, date, platform, host kitchen, total sales, taxes, commissions, marketing spends, chargebacks, and net payout amount.
