How do I connect my bank account?

Loop provides the option to connect your bank account through Plaid, which is a secure and trusted third-party provider that enables us to have read-only access to your bank account. With this feature, we can cross verify if the payouts listed in the platform are actually hitting your bank, and if so, when did it hit the bank and the payout ID.

 

Step-by-Step Guide to Connect Your Bank Account

To connect your bank account to Loop, follow these simple steps:

 

Step 1: Go to Finances

 

After logging in to your Loop account, navigate to the Finances tab and click on the Bank Reconciliation Tab located on the left-hand side of your screen.

 

 

 Step 2: Click on the Connect Bank Account Button

 

Under the Bank Reconciliation Tab, you will see a button that says "Connect Bank Account." Click on it to proceed.

 

 

Step 3: Choose Your Bank

 

Once you click on the Connect Bank Account button, you will be directed to a page where you can select your bank from the list of supported banks. Scroll through the list and select your bank.

 

 

Step 4: Enter Your Bank Login Credentials

 

Once you have selected your bank, you will be asked to enter your bank login credentials. Enter your login information and click on the "Continue" button to proceed.

 

Step 5: Select the Bank Account You Want to Connect

 

After entering your bank login credentials, Plaid will display a list of bank accounts that you have with your bank. Select the bank account that you want to connect to Loop.
