As a restaurant owner, it's important to keep track of your finances and understand how your stores are being paid. Loop's Payouts feature provides a detailed breakdown of your restaurant's payouts, including the payout amount, platform-wise breakup of the payouts, and other important financial information.

Here's a brief guide on how to use the Payouts feature on Loop.

Overview of Payouts

The Payouts section provides you with a quick and easy way to see the total sales for your restaurant, the payout amount you can expect to receive this week, and the number of payouts you will receive from each platform, such as UberEats, DoorDash, and GrubHub. This section allows you to easily keep track of your earnings, and quickly understand how much you can expect to receive in payouts. By having this information easily accessible, you can avoid any confusion and ensure you are getting paid accurately.

Platform-Wise Breakdown

You can also view a platform-wise breakdown of your payouts, showing you the number of payouts you will receive from each platform, the payout amount, and the date of the last payout. This makes it easy to track your earnings from different platforms and ensure that you are getting paid accurately.

Viewing Payout Details

To view more details about a specific payout, under the transactions page you can view the order-wise breakup of the payouts, the total order value for each individual order, taxes, commissions, and the final payout amount.

Checking Payouts Against Your Bank Account

Loop also allows you to connect your bank account through Plaid to verify if the payouts listed on the platform are actually hitting your bank account. To do this, click on the "Connect Bank Account" button on the Payouts page and follow the prompts to connect your account.

Exporting Payout Data

If you want to cross-verify the payouts or simply keep a record of them, you can export the payout data. To do this, click on the "Export Data" button on the Payouts page and select the date range you want to export. The data will be downloaded in a CSV file format that you can open in a spreadsheet program like Microsoft Excel.

Loop's Payouts feature provides a detailed breakdown of your restaurant's payments, including the payout amount, platform-wise breakup of the payouts, and other important financial information. By using this feature, you can stay on top of your finances and ensure that you are receiving the correct payouts from each platform.
