Viewing Inactive Stores for the Last Week in Loop

In Loop, monitoring store activity is essential to maximize sales opportunities and maintain operational efficiency. This detailed article provides guidance on how to view stores that have been inactive in the last week, allowing you to identify and address periods of inactivity effectively.

To view stores that have been inactive in the last week, follow these step-by-step instructions:

Identifying Inactive Stores In Loop

Loop provides an efficient way of quickly identifying stores that have been inactive from the Store Availability section. You can use the Last Week filter to search stores with inactivity in seven days. Follow the given steps to get started:

Step 1: Navigate to the Store Availability section.

To access this section, select the "Store Availability" tab in the navigation bar. Here you can view metrics related to store inactivity.

Step 2: "Last week" filter.

Once in the Store Availability section, scroll to the right to locate the Filter Options field. Select the "Last week" checkbox in the Filter Options. This ensures that you are viewing stores' activity for the previous week.

Step 3: Choose the inactivity duration range within the last week.

You can use the "Duration" slider to specify the number of hours of inactivity you want to look at. You can select the hour range within the last week period. This allows you to specify the duration of inactivity you want to focus on.

Step 4: Apply the selected filters, and Loop will generate a list of all the stores that were inactive for the specified duration.

Loop will save and apply the filters, and you will be provided with a list of all the stores that were inactive for the specified duration.

Step 5: Review the provided list to identify the stores that were inactive in the past week.

For each store you will be provided with its name, and the hours of inactivity from the Last Week period. Carefully review these details to determine which stores were inactive from the provided time period. This list will include details such as store names and the duration of inactivity.

Step 6: Analyze the inactive stores and take necessary actions to address the inactivity, such as investigating the root causes, coordinating with store managers or platforms, and implementing measures to minimize future periods of inactivity.

Once you have identified the inactive stores, you can take necessary action to address the inactivity. Start by inspecting the root causes for the inactivity and make necessary changes or coordinate with store personnel and platforms for further investigation.

You can also implement preventive measures to minimize the chances for future periods of inactivity.
