Filtering Store View on Loop's Store Availability

In the Store Availability feature on Loop, you have the flexibility to customize your store view based on specific criteria. This article will guide you through the process of filtering the store view to focus on the stores that matter most to you. By leveraging the filtering options, you can streamline your store management and gain insights tailored to your preferences.

Exploring Filtering Options

Once you're in the Store Availability section, familiarize yourself with the available filtering options. These options allow you to refine your store view according to your preferences.

Choosing Host Kitchen

If your restaurants have multiple host kitchens, you can filter the view to focus on stores associated with a specific host kitchen. Select the desired host kitchen from the filtering options to narrow down the store display.

Selecting Platform

If you want to analyze the availability of your stores on a particular platform, you can filter the view based on platforms like Doordash, UberEats, GrubHub, and others. Choose the desired platform from the available filtering options to view stores associated with that specific platform.

Store Status

The store status filter allows you to focus on stores with a particular operational status. You can choose to view only open, closed, or paused stores based on your requirements. Select the desired store status from the filtering options to refine your store view accordingly.

Combined Filtering

You can also combine multiple filtering criteria to further customize your store view. For example, you can filter stores associated with a specific host kitchen and platform, or filter closed stores from a particular platform, depending on the insights you need.

Analyzing Filtered View

Once you have applied the desired filters, the store view will update to display only the stores that match your chosen criteria. Take the time to analyze the filtered view, review the operational status of the stores, and gain valuable insights specific to your selected criteria.

Filtering the store view based on specific criteria within the Store Availability feature on Loop allows you to streamline your store management and focus on the stores that are most relevant to your analysis. By customizing the store view, you can gain insights tailored to your preferences and make informed decisions to optimize your restaurant operations.
