Accessing the Dispute Status

Overview Dashboard

Upon accessing the Overview section, you will be presented with a Dashboard that displays key details of each dispute. This includes the order ID, platform, store name, dispute date, and the current status of the dispute.

 

 

Dispute Status Categories
